On this page we will be having a regular 'Thought for the
Month', written by a wide variety of people who have an interest in how
we cope with stresses and difficulties in our lives.
We hope that these thoughts will help you to pause in your life for a
few minutes, and to take some time for yourself.
We welcome thoughts from clients, proffesionals, and
anyone interested in how people live their lives. If you would like to
contribute a 'Thought for the Month' please e-mail us at

We
seldom
have
time
to stop and stare - and when we do we can be surprised by where we are
and what is around us. People of all shapes and sizes, buildings both
ugly and beautiful, old and new, weeds in the pavement become flowers
struggling to bloom, the clouds change from being harbingors of rain
and become strange and fascinating shapes.
When we stop we
begin to realise our part in the world - our place in the glory of
nature - our importance.
So today, at some
point, stop - stare - for a minute, and be part of the world around
you.
